saying this was done at its time, to predict future events would be well, true
this is a fucked up post – so many songs missing, and fucking you over. try to find what they hid from you and fuck this channel
Had to have it when it came out. It's what brought me here
more relevant today than at any other time….GREAT ALBUM
The one track on the album that Bill Laswell played on.
what a LP…love from italy
America is waiting for a message of some sort or another…
Donald Trump? No Way
those scratchy sounds (1:51 for example) are very similar to some noises you can hear in Lizzy Mercier Descloux's Sport spootnicks (during and inmediately after the chorus).. does anyone has an idea of how they are made?
Awful audio quality…
track 1 i remember hearing on the movie Wall Street.
Is this not prophetic? Zounds. Taking it again… what you going to do?
This was the official 1980's art school soundtrack.
Bought this CD twice – first in a regular jewel case in 90's, then as enhanced with bonus tracks. My 3rd album of all times. Saw and held in hands this LP in a early 80's but hesitated to buy.
loved this when it came out and still do; not for the faint-hearted …
oliver stone's wall street brought me here
I much prefer My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts (1981) to Remain In Light (1980).
I remember hearing this on BBC radio 6. I think it was the Freakier Zone. Very nice track :D.
It's just brilliant! Bought this when it came out and still love it!
Not really but still a bit spooky 🙂
Spooky – could be taken as a prophecy for 911
It says a lot that this track (among others) pioneered the art of sampling in popular music, and that now – 27 years on – it's still a damn sight more listenable than its succesors.
