19. Strong government can be the dictatorship of the majority, can get things done or be very oppressive. Coalitions of objectivity can work, but cannot be everything to everyone, constant squabbling. Sometimes this results in no action and can be good. Other times it paralyzes when quick and decisive action is necessary. The EU is a false democracy, authoritarian wolf in sheep's clothing.
