2. I worked at starbucks for like 5 days and i can tell you they made us try to get you to buy the most expensive items and the biggest sizes.

I’m a barista and if it’s a pikes we usually don’t give a new cup but for iced drinks we do give new cups and the refill policy is for if you’re staying in the cafe and we’re supposed to “make the moment right” so when customers do this to me I tell them the policy and give them a refill anyway, also, the ice, for the drinks the liquid goes to the top line and the rest is ice, the black lines are measuring lines for the whatever we’re making

19. The refreshers are made with a shaker where everything is measured out for you for each size. You can probably get away with getting more in the reusable cup if you ask for a handcraft drink for iced latte Frappuccinos etc

30. they dont put a WHOLE CUP of ice in there. The ice takes up space in the cup. Pour out the liquid in a venti and a grande and see the vast difference

33. I used one of the hacks yesterday lol, I asked for a grande mango dragonfruit drink without ice and a venti of ice lol the lady looked at me like I was crazy 🤣
