19. If it puts physicians out of work to cut down on exorbitant medical costs then the United States healthscare system could certainly use the assistance. I hope somebody is working on a program to eliminate the insurance companies as well. Then the banks and politicians and we might reduce the inequality gap. It's only money anyway.
