Hey i just moved to china yesterday and ive got stuck without a vpn and it frustrated me as a nee student and getting cut off all ties from my family and friends and loved one's back in my country i needed the VPN and today i downloaded a vpn service called thunder vpn its free i downloaded it via a chinese search engine called baidu.com and it works just fine but sometimes it shuts down and it wouldn't connect but it's free and as a student that really helped since im pretty sure almost every college student is one way or the other trying to make money isntead of wasting it so this was pretty helpful

19. i am quite sure the Chinese govt monitors those who use VPN and knows who you are ( it is common knowledge here in North America that Facebook, Instagram, Google etc knows a lot about us and even knows where we are at any particular moment ). My thinking is that the Chinese govt does not really care that you use VPN as long as you don't use youtube to express your anti-China stands and incite people to harm the govt. Am i right in this assessment ??? thank you.

    Also my second question is astrill vpn working for netflix aswell? (netflix has a big problem with vpn but apparently express is working)
