26. From an IT point of view, it is a built-in VPN client, it just uses your own VPN server. This isn't what the local kid down the street expects for a "VPN" when he is pirating movies, he is expecting a tor VPN service provided by somebody in malaysia to help him avoid being caught by authorities.
