  1. I was in such a deep depression that the first time I laughed, I gave myself a serious headache. I mean a painfully throbbing, aching headache. It felt unnatural to laugh & thank God for Advil & cold compress that gave me relief. Happy to report that more I laughed the less & less of a headache I got until it finally went away. I have been headache-free for over a year now unless you count family. 😃😃

  2. The Italian version of Bill Engvall. I love self deprecating humor. Some things are so damn funny. Like when my husband's new project had their grand opening and he (me) were front and center for the whole thing and I go home and figured out my shirt was on backwards. I have never laughed so hard in my life because here I was thinking "man I look goooood today".

  4. Eat great advice but now the vegan people veggie folks and on and on What a joke all these docs on YT pushing a diet all trying to make a buck No one getting outta here alive So live and eat way u want and make sure you join with others
