  1. This is a surprisingly good talk. Most self-help talks are either shallow, unrealistic, unoriginal, unconnected to reality, everything you already knew or tried, over your head, ability or level, impractical for some people or just plain boring & unrelatable. Some ideas here are not new, but presented in a way that is practical and with a bit more insight.

The true to your self is powerfully wonderfull some times over whelming the event's like oh i'll never thinking it's going to be me .This bit of falsehood in thought is allways the hardest thing to get over .Like he said find that answer from a stranger or an associate with a common purpose or exsperience that they may have had .

  3. I am sorry this not talking about the central point here, the addictiveness of the biochemicals in the brain.
    Once you exerciset a type of behavior, you become addicted to it. Is so strong in the brain that synapses that require a hard work to do to create new synapses, good ones…
    Anyway, valuable information. Listen it many times to grasp it…

A few months back, I used to listen to Western and other music in YouTube, using a headphone tied to both of my ears……it was wonderful at that time…..But, now I have refrained from that habit, due to decibel overload in my head…..Currently, I am listening from external audio source, which is more comfortable for me…..Anyone wanna say on this??

We imagine many things, but, in real life, we do not accomplish all that we dream about……A lot of our ideas are only pipe dreams……..We do many calculations to attain something in our life, but, we are the most upset to realise that we have not hit the target……That is why, we say……Man proposes, God disposes…….We take part in gambling to grow rich easily, but, most of our bets are failures…….The only hope is that we must not get cowed down by our setbacks……The real failure is the failure to try……Just remember ……Scientist Sir Thomas Alva Edison once said……..I didn’t fail ten thousand times before inventing the bulb, but, found ten thousand ways to win!!

It will be success daily you can do it .then your stress avoid it self don't depend on others it creates anxiety that person evening with cash coming but in the root vehicle accident then he canot attended .   7. Its impossibe to feel grattitude if u dont have beleif or faith in One GOD.. Im a muslim beleive me its easy for me to feel grattitude its easy for me to overcome any bad habbits, overcome any calamity or any tough situation and i have goal in life!! My goal is when i die i want to enter the paradise… U see the problem is in this lecture whatever he said about thanks and grattitude practices , love and do good to others etc , i think he is right but he is missing the PATH to acheive it… Its simple my freinds and I feel right now grattitude and im happy most of the tine in my life..whatever calamity stucks me it doesnt stick me I just getover it..because I beleive in Allah and I beleive he is created me for the purpose and the purpose is SUBMIT YOUR WILL TO ALLAH (one true God , he is one and only one, there is none like him, he has created everything and he has control over everything in every moment , a leaf of a tree never fall except his knowlede ..everything is already written) when u submit your Will to GOD (Allah in Arabic) you will find the peace in life..the universe bcms a freind . And life bcoms easy, stress free, tension free, just love and harmony.. Im blessed that I find the solurion which is ISLAM…

  8. Lovely lecture, lots of wisdom.
    What do I do to alleviate stress? Apart from looking at things like this video, I most often use a green-yellow-red scale/meter to be able to check my status at will. I also stopped setting goals. I realised goals are an image of what has been. Striving for them means strife to get back to a state that is already gone. I think in Scenarios now. Have a few to avoid, others that are more probable, and a few fantastic ones to be able to recognise fluke if it hits me.
    The last trick actually dawned on me today. When my head spirals off into space, I ask myself "Is this an emergency that will irreversibly change things within the next fifteen minutes?" Mostly isn't, and I can let myself relax.
    And the thought that what I perceive as "stress", is a feeling with a name that may be something else. Like "preparedness to create great stuff".

  10. I have exactly zero problems. Any stress that I might feel will be the result of whatever comprises the content of my thinking. Ever day feels as though I have died and gone to heaven. It really is a joyous place to be. How did I get here?
    Something in the universe likes me so allowed me to be in the right place at the right time. This same power gave me perfect health without a single medical or health issue even though I am 74 years old. I worked hard all my life and didn't retire until I was 74 but it would be dishonest of me to convince myself that my problem-free life is a result of my hard work. Something, which I can't identify gave it to me. Really. I can be as happy as I chose to be.

  11. I believe that, to a point, experiencing stress is a choice. When I realize that something is causing me stress, I look at it. If I can’t eliminate the source, I decide not to let myself get worked up about it. I think stress is a result of worrying. If I stop worrying about it, then I won’t get all stressed out. I also get enough sleep, nutrition and stay optimistic.

  12. Here's the deal… now isn't the right place in me where you're good? Somewhere else is it? The outer directed stimulus is what we are looking toward for fulfillment! Look inward and focus to being present in that moment. As the still observer you become you are not focuses on outcomes. Begin there. See what you relaxing breath can get you to let go of. You always win there where your anxt ended!
