    Im a 14 year old and I have come to realize that i don't want to be like everyone that works a day job. I want to invest. But how in the world am i supposed to do that. I read the book for teenagers that you guys have. But all those ideas are way out there. Like everytime i think of something to sell its just not good enough. And i don't think i could ever make it as a YouTube creator. I have a true passion 4 real estate! But how do I not only convince an investor to buy for me but also buy when its illegal for me to do at 14. I also need better understanding on what property are in cash flow or have good cash flow. I will only get one chance at this before im 18 and i don't want to mess it up. I know im ready but i just need a little more help. So please someone help me.

    I love what you guys are doing but you guys need to give a little more specific details and not talk about how you love each other so much. But thanks so much for changing my life at such a young age☺

  19. BTW… after being screwed over a series of times by THOSE I trusted…I kiss them up to God and wish them the best… forgiveness is like trust it's earned not a privilege…but that's me…it hurts to trust people who continually mess with you….

I've been screwed many many times over but I still trust people…in fact I forgive THOSE who screw me over but screw me once screw me twice screw me three times forget it and you…with that said I still trust…I guess I'm a sucker to THOSE who have no integrity and see me coming… thank you three for this valuable information on trust.
