Well it's either the fact that I'm doing the opposite of everything he's saying or I'm depressed. after watching this video I'm starting to think that maybe the reason I'm depressed is because I'm so exhausted from all my bad habits that I can't do anything productive. like I already know I'm only going to get like four hours of sleep wake up drinking energy drink buy candy bar for breakfast at the gas station and go straight into work. Spending Maybe an hour tops outside but inside my car. And repeat the cycle on the way home. Also I mainly eat microwaved food which I've heard is not great come to think of it I should really be dead right now LOL, My lifestyle is terrible.

  2. This video was really helpful. I had a feeling that coffee was screwing me over but wasn't sure because everyone drinks it but this video confirmed it for me. I'm drinking tea now and feel MUCH better. Another thing not mentioned here is lowering carbs. I was fat and always sleepy after a meal. I dropped ALL carbs for a while (Keto diet) My fat disappeared and I don't fall asleep in the middle of the day anymore. Carbs are addictive like Coffee and can make you crash just like Coffee plus they make you fat.

  3. I naturally wake up at 2:30 am, so I should go to sleep at🤔… 5:30 pm??😧 I get off work at 5:30pm (and sometimes get off work at 9pm). Also, I run outdoors at 4am on weekdays and 6am on weekends (unless it’s like 20° F out there). It’s not always sunny😬 I workout at least 4 times a week and at least once a day when I go workout. I love vegetables and have to drink a lot of water (because of IBS)… need more tips.

  4. For me, it's because of anxiety and depression. Although lately, I've had a healthier diet, and I've been getting more regular hours of sleep, about 10 hours each night. But now I've been feeling more tired than ever, almost everyday! I get drowsy in class and come back to my room just to doze off in bed. I feel too tired to get up to do anything.

    After watching this video, I'll try to get up at 8 am every morning. I will also try to read books and study outside. I'll try to walk every day instead of riding the bus too. That will get me some exercise and more time in the sun.

    As for caffeine, I must be very tolerant of it because I never, ever notice any effect of it except for dehydration. I don't feel any energy from it. Although my only source of caffeine is mountain dew or mellow yellow, the only two sodas I really ever drink, and I hate coffee and tea.
