  1. Hi could you suggest me I am a great follower of Keto diet, /low cab diet , I eat a great amount of vegetables, now doctor Gundry telling that the main culprit was Lacit in plant foods. So do you mean Keto diet was also harmful?

It's beginning slowly with the World Health Organization Going over the head of our corrupted FDA who is in the pocket of Pharma and Chemica and there has been great pressure in the EU to stop Glyphosate. In the EU folks are more conscious of GMO since labeling is required there. So with Glyphosate (Round Up) being classified as a probable carcinogen, there have already been billions of dollars paid in landmark cases against Monsanto/Bayer.

    GMO crops have for the most part been modified by Monsanto to withstand allot of Round Up pesticide spraying with no consequence to the crops. It's the pesticide itself we are eating that is the main danger. Glyphosate has until recently been grandfathered as not harmful to humans based three month long mouse trials in the fifties and sixties which of course where paid for my Monsanto. Later studies showed that on the fourth month is when the damage starts showing up in mice. Most of the damage is Glyphosate's effect on our microbiome where our immune system lives. Its hard to find non GMO corn or soy in the US. Other crops are also effected and commingled because of a lack of concern about labeling. The later labeling starts in the US, the harder it will be for it to be accurate.

  4. Some good points, but don't agree with everything. Mediterranean diet is not the solution. Little bit of meat? No way, peeps. Go carnivore and you'll feel best. He is still a medical doctor after all, and many of those old school teachings are influencing him. His chubby face clearly shows that his insulin is too high and his carb intake too much. Check your facts. Don't just swallow the pill just because it's from an MD.

You should to listen to hippocraties theory he wasn't fukin, around when he said…let food b3 they medicine… food gene cosistancy the human body is made of hydrogen oxygen carbon…… carbon phosphates bromides and iodines….. modern medication made off mucury…..and other chemichels…. do not a simulate in human body……I will give u 1 substance that will heal prostisittis when cipro, has to be taken for ljfe…
    The blue vervain eliminates pseudomonas spp. That is main cause of prostisittis and staphiloccocus, and more heals the central nerve system. And gives zinc of phosphate witch is essential not zinc of oxide…. disease comes when the mucus membrane has been compromised. And where ever that is

  7. Why does Dr. Steven Gundry speak so slow. I really enjoy Tom Bilyeu's interviews. He's really good interviewing his guests, but this guy is so frustrating to listen to. Wish he got quicker to the point as this info is so interesting.

  8. good luck with that, when a chick thinks you are 29 but you reveal you are 49 = incoming harrassment lawsuit. I have have been labeled a creepo, stalker, etc. for looking 20 years younger than I am, and no woman will take you seriously, whatever her age. Best to look 33, when you are 26, then you are a good guy and normal dude, without a long track record of the bunch of women that came before them, and why it didn´t work out, that all women hate to know about a 49 year old man.

I like a lot of what he says but when I look at some of the critical book reviews on Amazon and stuff on his blog, I'm skeptical that some of his advice is backed by science or tells the whole story. Thoughts? Also, Question: Would the way certain foods are prepared, by soaking, sprouting, cooking properly make a difference when eating grains, nuts, and legumes?

  10. This guy is a swindler. If he'd done what he advises, he'd be gone by now.
    He does what all tricksters do: mingles well established facts and study results with his esoteric ideas. – And finally, douses that strange stuff with olive oil. Lot's of it.
    (For best results, use his own brand of oil. That's best.)
    12 spoon of oil per day. Per day.
    That would result in his personal wealth skyrocketing, for sure.
    Folks, read the study results about that stuff he pitches so vehemently.
    Eat olive, I mean WHOLE olive, if you like.
    Eat oily nuts and seeds.
    But do not drink that stuff.
    And take none of this man's advice until you checked the related studies (peer-reviewed, possibly double-blind and placebo-controlled ones).
    Just sayin'.

  11. Sorry, have to comment. Who want to live until 105? Most of us are working hard to raised families. How many people realy take care what they are eating? I see gluten free and lactos free become a fashion. I work as a cook in restaurant, we have menu and people are asking what can we eat gluten freee. If you dont know what is gluten free dont ask stupid questions, eat your salat or meat or fish or…many other stuf…I am quite old and never before was so many alegies. I was raised on farm, we eat fat and drink 4.5 milk and I am stil alive. In the end watching the video, tell me whos skin collor is looking better. Awoid fast food, take a time to cook for yourselve, awioid shugar if you can and don put yourselve in a more stres with how healty you eat. Its more stres after a hard working day. Eating healthy is a diet of rich people and belive me they dont live till 105. Most of poorest and hard working people on the world are so old. So ask them, how they live.

  12. Should one take akkermansia muciniphila?? I'm dying to know. He described it as so powerful for the gut, but did not talk about taking it. I found a preiobiotic that contains it by a reputable company and I think I am going to give it a try. I am immunocompromised and have had to take too much antibiotics for some serious infectious diseases I had, and I really want to help my body recover.  

    Anyone have an answer to my question? Should we be taking akkermansia muciniphila?
