    U think a 30K commission for being an agent is a fair and justified act? Do you claim you have added 30K of value to this person paying the fees? Stop being self centred, your just as bad as the elite with this mentality.
    A man of integrity know he must EARN his way. If he stands out doing that and becomes wealthy, than great… BUT, focusing on the pursuit of profit above all else is a should destroying endeavour that will erode your consciousness to an eventual degree that your ability to know right from wrong is lost.

    I earn over 100K, and I’m happy with that, but I work my arse off, and have done for over a decade at this role, for that and make huge sacrifices in my life to be able to earn that. So yea, millionaire stock brokers and socialites make me sick. Lawyers are another parasite I despise, yes they train for 6+ yrs to gain the accreditation for the role but the level of fees charged are so inhumanly out of proportion that ‘innocent until proven guilty’ becomes ‘guilty to proven poor’

    Yea, being rich makes life easier and benefits those your like (same as the elites) and it must be great BUT you have to have EARNED it. Your mind is going to give you a whooping in the last moments of your end of days.

Man only needs so much… anything in excess of this should be repurposed to better the lives of your fellow man. And let the researcher release this info to the public as they most likely envisioned at the beginning of their journey, instead of it being patented and locked away to be used as military strategic advantage.

  7. Don't forget that all of this is conditional on a non-corrupt system. The current US economy is trending towards higher corruption, more rent-seeking, and less entrepreneurship. You have to actively make sure the rules work, or none of this is really practical.

  17. Real estate agent's commission is 3% not 6%. The 6% number that you are using is split first between the selling agent and the buyer's agent. Then the 3% is split between the agent and their broker. Example: 80-20 split, if your 3% is $6000, your split would be $4800 to the real estate agent and $1200 to the broker. Don't forget that you have to pay taxes on that commission. I know, I'm a real agent! Your numbers are therefore incorrect!

  35. Love your show Pat! Your Real Estate split is not correct but i understand what you’re saying. Avg commission is 6% but its split 50/50 with buyer broker and Listing Broker so $500K house is $15,000 and that is split with broker and sales rep.
