The federal government did indeed close off the area, but it wasn't as nefarious as they make it sound. that being said, there is evidence of very ancient native American town there. whether it was of Mayan origin, remains to be determined. what is bad though is that the federal Archeologists deliberately hid the facts of native American graves so that they could push through a road project, thus destroying evidence of native American history.

  14. Really hate when History Channel puts these out. I get that people eat this shit up, but it muddies the waters about the facts. The Track Rock site has NOTHING to do with Mayans, it's Creek/Cherokee and IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. "Pushback from the academic community is a sure sign that something is going on here" – this is a typical conspiracist ploy. Such nonsense. The glyphs at Track Rock look nothing like the majority of Mayan glyphs, you think it's that big of a discovery that ancient civilizations used similar circles in one or two glyphs? look up at the sky, that big ass circle up there during the day, providing light and heat…and then the one at night, providing a night light.

    The mayans built magnificent pyramids, with specific stone carvings, in precise design. They had a defined logosyllabic script and calendar. That is not what we find in the United States. While all native peoples of the Americas share some ancestry from the great migration over 14,000 years ago, claiming that the Mayans made their way all the way back north and east into Georgia is just ridiculous. We find zero actual evidence of Mayan culture north of the Santa Maria river in Mexico.

    This kind of pseudo-scientific "documentary" is EXACTLY why there is academic pushback. Ridiculous nonsense that appeals to our sense of wonder in order to build a narrative that defies critical thinking and actual science. This is no different than when in the early 1900's a guy tried to claim that "Mystery Hill" aka "America's Stonehenge" was built by ancient Irish Monks. We need to stop manufacturing connections for entertainment, profit or other ulterior motives. It does no one any good and leads people who don't think, or bother to fact check, into believing nonsense.

The hooked rune Gifu- this is unusual… however, I differ a little with Mr.Wolter; I believe it represents the letter Ts, or Tz- what he's translated as "Gral"- Holy Grail- I think would be better translated as "Gratzia" or something like that, for example…!  Templars have apparently had a very pronounced presence here, on this continent- as also, those who would be thought of as their precursors…! The rune for Holy Grail has traditionally been Qeorp…!

Those who are best called Mayans have a olve or green tint to their skin;  and/or perhaps russet;  those who are best called Toltecs- with a much broader connotation than the standard scholarship would imply- reddish!  These two have mixed, to some degree, in places…  Those called Pueblo, or Anasazi, have the olive tint; are descendants of those called I'hin, or Sacred People… !

  23. This looks exactly like the Cahokia mounds, that were abandoned around the same time and thought to have been inhabited by a race of native Americans, yet unknown simply called the Illini. of the range carved into the likeness of idk.The closest i can tell u is you ever see the movie Predator lmfao ..your gonna.because the entire range is carved into his head.down to the freckle and whisker.a mole being a strategucally placed boulder where it goes and every wrinkle a crease in the land where the water runs the eyes caves and the pyramid a horn.on i suppose would be its mask or top right the movie begins to take place and revelations unfold.and as the sun travels its course u r slowely enabled to see more of the idea .u guys gaulk at the idea of a one world religion try
