1. Just asking because i'm not sure of the answer myself… should cammers have a moral obligation to stop when they record an accident so they can distribute the footage to the authorities? I understand people have their own lives to live and can't always hang around. Just curious what others think.

15. That last clip is so frustrating. A biker sees a terrible accident that takes out another biker and 2 cars… and what's the first thing he does? He floors it. He literally witnessed exactly why people should drive safe and go the speed limit, and what does he do? He does 120 immediately. Retarded.

19. You should have called the police hit and run and threatening you and you have it all on camera. You could have had him arrested for road rage also. And it doesn't matter if you hit him if he takes off it's still hit and run and the camera shows that he break checked you and I believe that's assault with a deadly weapon. The police would shoot you if you use your vehicle in this manner.
