Deep under the streets of New York, there is a dark and dangerous world, hidden in the shadows of disused subway tunnels and miles of forgotten traffic networks. This is home to countless homeless, rejected and fugitive New Yorkers. When one day, the young documentary filmmaker Chelsea (Kinga Philipps) enters this lost world, she does not suspect that there is something else lurking beside the stories of the inhabitants of this parallel world under our feet. A mysterious figure, out of reach of the law, declared war on the outside world from there. A war that threatens to rupture the fragile underground society of tunnels and perhaps even the city.
