In a utopian world where humans and androids live together, the atmosphere of peace protected by strict rules in the town of Romuno is shaken by a series of mysterious murders.
Lil Mayer, who is on the Citizens Advisory Board, is assigned to investigate these murders with his partner android Iggy.
During this investigation, he sees a message at his home: "Awakening"; and attacked. In the process, he will learn more about himself and what the city hides.
