  2. Single dad!!!! Sorry to hear that, it’s never easy to raise two kids on your own, but if you’re both happier this way then its the right thing. I know I didn’t see it this way at the start but wouldn’t change it for a world now, and my kids are actually growing up to be wonderful compassionate human beings.

  3. Where do we go after saving this much time? This may be optimal for business owners/entrepreneurs, cannot be generalised for women with 9-5 jobs, kids, cooking meals..for us everything is a ritual, spending time with kids, to spending 9 hrs at work, to prep meals, squeezing time for meditation, everyday is a task to be managed, hobbies, reading books,n exercise work fine on weekends only. Though I manage to listen to podcasts throughout the day on YT. Have cut down extensively media usage like FB, WA etc. Speed reading is what I am totally unaware of..ll need more information to elaborate on this, which would enable me to read atleast one good book per week( non fiction not necessarily self help though), since I am working.

  5. Great video, but there is no such thing as useless time spent in meditation. One of the many benefits of meditation is that your focus and clarity are sharpened, and you can turn that into "success." But that isn't the purpose of meditation. Meditation is deep practice that doesn't really have a purpose but has so many wonderful side effects such knowing yourself, receiving insight, geater clarity, rejuvenation of body and mind, etc. I love the 6 Phase meditation – it's part of my morning too – but if you can or you want to spend more time meditating, go for it. It will never be useless or wasted time.

  7. I agree with you for the most of the topics that you mentioned. Actually, in our religion, We are fasting for God. We know that our religion is true. Because, If God want us to make something that is hard, After We learn that is favor for us. 5 times a day, We pray for God. It is the best meditating tool for us. Day by day, Science improves, and I believe in God more and more…Believe or not, There is not a such a religion like that. Thanks God(Elhamdürillah), I am in Islam.
