I have tried all kinda of butter cream frosting. It is so warm here only American buttercream holds up and does not melt and slid off the cake

If this is HOW to cake STEP BY STEP Awhy is there NO ACTUAL INSTRUCTION !?!?! Just little pop up bubbles that no one can actually READ because font is TINY and they are rapid fire !!!! How is this instructional!?!?!? Again why would I come to this channel instead of Yolanda’s original channel. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS CHANNEL IT TEACHS US NADA

American Buttercream is easier, but Italian Merengue is DELICIOUS!!!
Swiss or italian meringue buttercream because it has a very light,smooth texture. American buttercream is denser.
Am liking this idea but did no one notice the cake was leaning or do I say bent to one side? Or am I the only one that’s seeing it? If so, Blame it on the meds(in Hsptl, on a lot of oxy) but that’s what I’m seeing!
