Good question =-) You need to use your judgement! It is important to speak loud enough when talking to people at close range. However, you need to judge peoples' reactions to your voice volume, and find the appropriate level!
so do you always project your voice when your talking to people at close?like at close range like say in a class room and your trying to talk to the person next to you,
