Hey guys! I keep getting a lot of questions about my next high frequency Full Body Program. I decided I’m going to run the new program myself for about a month before releasing it on my website. Starting it tomorrow. This, of course, means I'm officially finished my 9 week Upper/Lower program and I have to say, it's definitely my favorite program I've released publicly. I set a bunch of 3-year PRs after finishing it and I believe I have achieved a significant body recomposition effect as well. So for those of you eager for a new program to run, you can give my Push Pull Legs or Upper/Lower program a shot (or another run through) while I perfect the next plan and get it ready for launch. They can all be found here: http://jeffnippard.com. Hope everyone's having a great weekend so far!
Should've went for 500
Why do i squat 500, deadlift 600, but can only bench 260? 🤔
sumo deads are gay
Gnarly fuckin clickbait
The only thing more impressive than your lifts is that ficus tree in your background. I want it.
200kg on the deadlift while I was 71kgs was nerve racking to me for about 3 weeks. I knew I could do it but the number kept getting into my head and I started doubting myself. The way inpushed through it was ignoring what was on the bar and believing it was 20kgs lighter than what ever it actually was. And I pulled it! And now i can hit it for singles and sometimes triples relatively easy still around the 75kg mark
Surprised, I thought he could squat and deadlift more. As he says his short arms help him a lot for his massive bench, but obviously hurt him on the deadlift.
Wtf lift heavy and do 500
How did he get injured
Nice PRS Jeff! Keep using the straps and overhand grip.. F* the mixed grip and who cares about the hook grip? Just protect your health broski.
Hahaha loved the throw back to the Gage town meet 2015!!
Fucking straps, that doesn't count man.
Sandbagging so you can inflate the amount of progress you made on the next program you sell. We see you.
I thought you was Dylan wtf
His back is weak but legs are strong af also good bench but form looks broken too much arch
No real pause on the bench. Really impressive regardless.
Now…. The bro Jeff is real though
350 bench, 405 squat for 1? You kidding me? Haha
I figured with those hip and quad dominant deads, you'd be squatting 5+ after 10 years.
Heels need to be down to get a start command until the rack command.
Gosh, does this kind of lifting cause hemorrhoids?
OHP 1RM?
No OHP? Weighted pull up? Those compounds matter too 😢
Life’s easy when you don’t work and only workout and take that many supplements. Way to give an unrealistic lifestyle for people who have bills.
You're insane man! Those PRs are so high!
Cant wait for your full body high volume routine n vids! So relatively little online coverage though the science around it is promising
These are the most conservative maxes I’ve ever seen😂probably could’ve added 25lbs to all of these
Jeff Nippards 13 years or training and taking steroids gave him these results:
Deadlift = Starts of by doing sumo deadlift which is cheating, on top of cheating he uses belt and straps and STILL can only deadlift 485 pounds…
Squat = Doesn't hit deepth even so yeah 0 pounds lifted, uses also belt and on top of that 405 pounds is low…
Bench Press = Doesn't unrack himself, uses arching which is cheating and then also uses wrist wraps…
Yeah kiddos this is how weak men, sorry weak kids are made. Have no will/spine in the body so they go the easy route and start using steroids and then get lots of muscle mass, has no strength and then possibly all the bad stuff from steroids. Fake nattys like Jeff Nippard are scum destroying the lives for many thousands if not millions of people and same time disgracing all the real bodybuilders and other people who train seriously.
What is that absolute bollocks 420kg squat clickbait 😂😂😂😂
When was the last time you compete for powerlifting?
Is it ok to bench heavy twice a week?
I think you going for 485 for the deadlift is smart Jess, im not sure how long ago it was when you hurt your low back but better to be conservative and give yourself a chance to lift 500 later down the road, You'd rather get a weight your happy with then go for 500 and snap something, Great Lifts man keep up the hard work
I believe you should have went for the 500 deadlift. You may have been a little slower coming up but would have gotten it. I am curious about your thoughts on pre workout meal and look forward to that video.
Thank you for all the good videos!
Plagging?
Lol IPF rules don’t apply to you bro
You eat right before you lift? How tall are you? I'm 5 3 and 165… You're way more muscular than I…
Hmmph didn't realize you weren't that strong.
Personally I hate the deadlift, I do it because its part of my program, but it's so unforgiving. I think you made the right call to hold off, you started to question your lift, and once you get out of the zone, the lift is gone. That's how I find the deadlift to be. Awesome work all round, really enjoy your videos a lot
Holy Click-bate!
https://youtu.be/WGRPBsEuK98?t=753 you mean longest
Should’ve thrown in some salts, lifts would’ve been easier
Ugh…bro, I mean Jeff. You would of killed 500…you got 525 in ya right now.
People always make sure to get the widest sumo stance, especially when they’re short. Such a short distance to lift from…
