  1. sadly msnbc and maddow have lost so much credibility that when something of substance that needs to be taken seriously and investigated comes around …it is hard not to forget maddow and the last few years of non stop russia nonsense.

  2. Like it or not Trump ran on draining the swamp. If Biden's innocent he doesn't have anything to worry about other than his own incompetence for not making sure the corruption which still lingers was properly investigated while parading his bravado for simply demanding the prosecutor be fired. The prosecutor should have been handled more responsibly than Biden's "Bad Dude" Mr. Corn Pop fiasco.

The Liberal News propaganda can call it collusion all they want. However, asking a country with corruption problems that you're giving billions to properly investigate an incident is not a crime. Especially when Trump ran on draining the swamp. The incident(s) involving the prosecutor Biden got fired were never fully investigated. If they were then why was the Ukrainian Prosecutor only fired and never criminally charged?

What's the proof of the specific corruption allegations Biden used to justify simply firing him? Anyone with a sense of responsibility would want more than just a firing after billions were mishandled due to corruption. To anyone without a liberal bias or hysterical anti-Trump agenda this is a clear example of Biden's incompetence or his own corrupt agenda. Demanding the prosecutor only be fired avoids him being criminally investigated which likely would have uncovered dirt on corrupt international politicians and Ukrainian corporations responsible for wasted billions.

  3. This is the " SEEKING A RESOLUTION FOR MY EMOTIONAL VIOLATION STATION " . Distraction , division , disinformation . The collusion was AIPAC and PNAC lobbies that aided Trump . All Yall have been fooled by your " love obsession " , Rachel . I realize it is insignificant to you , but the bully pulpit should be used to convey the real crimes Trump has committed . War crimes of 44,000 bombs dropped last year that you Dembocrats gave 733 billion dollars to CONTINUE . The Repulsivecants are so BAD , why did you further fund him and accept the wars of aggression genocides , seven or more currently . This is ridiculous , Biden did the same thing . Love is BLIND . Proof found here . Your silence is yours / Rachel's CONSENT to the wars of aggression / genocide for 18 years , bankrupting us morally financially and ethically . Is it okay to bar-b-que babies , children and innocent families ? Where did the civilized Americans GO ? You will not find them here . Very embarrassing ! Pathetic exhibit of moral compasses broken , atrophied from not being used . Let Rachel lead you ? SAD .

  4. This is just another attempt to use the "Whistle-Blower" process being person with second hand information only and a mole for the Democrat party. Take a vote to impeach , put your money where your mouth is. Slimy Dems have nothing just like the Russian collusion case

  5. I respect journalism and the journalist who reported and report the news daily. Rachel Maddow has access to classified government documents and sources. The difference in what President Trump has done is that he wanted to extort secret support, in the form of 'dirt' on Joe Biden, his running adversary. in pursuit of the 2020 presidential election. This makes his actions mostly for his own need to be president. Joe Biden's son's case was not found to be of any threat to the US; although, as you said, it could be discussed if the prosecution involved was not corrupt then as it is now. This makes the fact that President Trump has elected two or three Supreme Court judges, and all on the seat are Republican; therefore, an imbalance has been created that can only result in bipartisan sentiments concerning legal proceedings. I think that my thoughts were that this issue needed and needs to be investigated to insure that transparency is achieved as much as possible. Additionally, from past historical example, it does not mix well to have someone in power who has personal agendas, and this president is even still making personal financial profits, for personal businesses, which is strictly forbidden to sitting, US presidents. He still has not turned over his income taxes! Those are facts. He wants to hold the G-7 summit, next year, at his Maralogo Estate, where other countries presidents will be obliged to pay thousands of dollars to his business there to attend! He really seems to be wheeling and dealing a lot for his own self-interest. In past history, this has resulted in Banana Republic type of fascism. I would hope the US is a democracy, and that the Constitution is written with the intent of, "Justice for All." This is only my opinion, not to preach, but to stand up for my rights to have a sitting president that I can have trust in to being focussed on the good of the people of the US and of the world; including the fragile state of our environment, Earth. Furthermore, in Communist countries, the government officials are the only ones who hold not only power, but money. The US set up long ago, after the Depression of 1940, a system of social support to help people out, which many times now has been trashed heartlessly as if these people are lazy or unwilling to work. The imbalance in the rich 1% billionaires has become stark, and this White House seems not to show much other than contempt for anything or anyone in need of help. We will all be scrambling in 11 years if the environmental crisis is not addressed more aggressively.

  6. Trump turned the transcript over , so he could get more advice from the media, and let all his supporters know what he has done , because he knows he can shoot Nancy Pelosi and his supporters with stick with him , because the media will still be asking the question " do you think he was right ? And the media will bring people on to give him the justification ' and he would get away with murder. I just think you people don't have to people certain things out there gibdist man and his supporters talking points . Some things should be healed until it's time to convict . Theses people are making up things as they go to see what stick . Why show your hand before it's time .

  7. I PRAY N HOPE THIS RACIST TRUMP ADMINISTRATION GETS CAUGHT N FACE SERIOUS CHARGES AGAINST THEM, AND OUT OFTGE WHITE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾PLS PLS GOD OR GODS, HELP US FROM THIS EVIL RACIST GOVERNMENT 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  8. This sounds like an episode of Scandal 😊 republicans your president is making a mockery out of our country! Prove to everyone that u all have integrity. Speak out and put a stop to it!

  9. People, this is not the first time this aid has been used as a an inducement
regarding corruption. I remember news reports from around six months
after Trump took office in which it was reported that the new
Ukrainian AG (appointed by the newly elected Pres of Ukraine) dropped
an investigation of MANAFORT before was even put on trial, but after
he was being investigated for Manafort's allegedly (now proven)
criminal influence peddling in Ukraine, paid for as "consultant)
by the former Ukraine Pres (who later fled to Moscow) all of courese
on behalf of Putin. Remember, Manafort had been offered huge
consulting fees before to work on direct contract from Putin to do
similar lobbying in the USA. Apparently, the newly appointed
Ukrainian AG had heavy investigations going on of Manafort working ni
Ukraine on behalf of the former Ukrainian President, under payment
(under the table) from Russia, ie., from Putin , to try to
rehabilitate the pro-Rissian Ukranian Pres's image before he had to
ultimately flee from Ukraine. This investigation was stopped abruptly
with in a couple of months after Trump took office. What happened to
stop this investigation of Manafort? The Ukranian AG was asked about
this, and said that they stopped it because they did not want to
interfere in any way with the military aid passed by Congress
scheduled to be delivered through the D of D. I even recall that the
Ukranian AG was asked directly if this was an explicit quid pro quo,
and the answer was "no", but "we know Trump would do
anything to protect Manafort without it going public, and so we're
pulling off the Manafort investigation in order to get the military
aid as soon as we can.

Is there any chance my memory is getting it wrong or am now making this

up? Not much. I pretty much monitor these You Tube videos around the
clock, because I'm a retired college prof. But spend lots of time
writing and resarching in my own field. When I saw the one on
Ukranian AG dropping a Manafort investigation, I was on the alert for
what I had begun to see as disinformation and lies used as a key
weapon of TRUMP's success. I was not looking for any "Russia-
Trump" effort involving Manafort. I was rather keyed on the
"Trump side", if you will, without much suspicion of
"collusion" between Trump and Russia. I was very concerned
about Trump's destruction of our basic democratic foundations, what's
needed to have effective electorate in terms of truth telling, going
back to birtherism. This was before Cohen testified about Trump's
talking "in code" , without offering explicit quid pro quo.
In other words, without the benefit of Cohen's account, I flagged the
story as an instance of the Pig's dissimulation and dishonest,
corrupt influence campaign by essentially talking in code,
communicating to the new Ukranian admin, including its AG that THEIR
Ukranian AG's investigation of Manafort was an impediment to delivery
of the Congressionally mandated delivery of this all this new
military hardware to the Ukranians – – – by doing this, Trump
succeeded in getting the UKRANIAN Manafort investigation dropped, but
without the direct quid pro quo. At that time, I was not even
following "Trump Russia collusion" story. My attention was
flagged on the basis of "truth telling vs. propaganda"
implications. What later Cohen referred to as talking in code – – –
Trump's laying down what he wanted and conditions of loyalty, etc. –
    – – these are never stated explicitly, in order to provide cover.
That's exactly confirmed by the Ukraninan AG's account of their
otherwise contradictory, even anti-Ukranian dropping of their
investigation of Manafort. They were asked whether Trump demanded
this. They replied, Oh no, not directly, but we feared that
investigating Manafort would ill-dispose Trump to timely delivery of
the mandated military hardware (which of course is almost total
non-sequitur if Trump is considered legitimate president, etc.)

Here's the test of what I'm saying and a lead on a big news story for any
independent news show. . Go back to the period after the inauguration
of Trump. Trace forward any stories about Manafort having been
investigated by the government (AG or whatever it's called in
Ukraine) and about why any such investigation may have been dropped.
You'll find my memory validated by one or more stories concerning the
dropping of such investigations by the Ukraine, even though obviously
they'd be motivated to maintain such investigations since the focus
of THEIR investigations of Manafort was on his lobbying/ propaganda
for the former Ukranian President, and any ties to Moscow. This was
the focus of the new Ukranian AG's investigation of Manafort,
something that is almost never mentioned in our press and something
Manafort did not follow up, to our knowledge, based only on redacted
    reports

Check me out, I'm sure you'll find just a few brief reports on the new
Ukranian AG's having beeen investigation Manafort from their side,
then dropping it in response to their reading the code, as Cohen
    would put it.

  10. This is classic Barr, the same kind of sick crap he used to defend Reagan and Bush I from the Iran Contra scandal and others of the time. He's a horrible, horrible public servant, should have been debarred long ago. In 1992, the very conservative columnist called him "Cover up General" Barr, because he spent all his career at DoJ doing nothing but covering up for Republican presidents. I have no idea why the current Democratic Senators voted to approve him. It is at these times that our faith in democracy falters a lot. Of course, maybe it needs a little help. Like maybe a heart attack or plane wreck for the Pig.

  11. Did anyone really think that the tRump /barr Liberty squashers would handle this legally? Those two criminals have worked together to obstruct any and all information that implicates tRump in his criminal activities.

  12. The spineless GOP is equally guilty. They've had a front row seat to Trump's criminal activity and abuse of power, and they have supported him regardless. They all took oaths to protect and preserve the United States Constitution, but they, led by Mitch McConnell, have allowed Trump to walk all over it. Americans should demand that Congress serve no more than two terms in office, just like our presidents.
