When the Austrian Frithjof Bergmann defined the term "New Work" in the late 1970s, he did not suspect that the subject would become a trending topic until the 21st century. In recent years, the term is used almost inflationary. With the help of the podcast format "On the Way to New Work", together with my entrepreneur friend Christoph Magnussen, I try to find out what has changed, what is going to change and what needs to change to properly reflect the huge changes. In this talk I summarize our learnings from more than 100 podcast sessions. It is about meaningfulness, new leadership and organizational approaches, technological change, self-reflection and management, communication and concrete tools. But above all, it's about people.
