With a total of 1,800 participants, 50 national and international speakers and around 40 lectures and workshops, this year's New Work Experience has never been so great. So gave u.a. International thinkers Ricardo Semler, CEO of Semco Partners and New Work Pioneer, as well as Belgian organizational developer Frédéric Laloux, provide important impulses for a new and better working world. Another highlight of the event was the presentation of the New Work Award during the course of the day – the prize for forward-looking work in German-speaking countries.
