  1. I have been on the computer trying to solve that issue, and now I have finally got rid of it BUT I did something else after following the steps shown in the video. If it still doesn't work, then follow my instruction.

After doing all the things that are shown in the video, open Regedit, run it as administrator,
open the HKEY LOCAL MACHINE folder
find software and open its folder
find policies and open its folder
click on Microsoft and open its folder
then, click on windows and open its folder
then, click on current version and open its folder
there you will find internet setting , click on it
then find the registry ProxySettingaPerUser , double click on it
then change the value data to 0

That worked for me , if it worked for you too then tell me in the replies section 😉

  2. I know ppl in their laptop showing different options like " options disabled ""no options" etc… There is no permanent solution for virus , just take your personal data and remove every thing , I mean every thing . Tips : don't use shitty browsers use chrome , Firefox , opera , edge , tor even ie is acceptable . Don't click on unknown links and files , use http://www.virustotal.com before executing unknown files . My team working on this solutions by creating python script and will post video asap

  3. When i tried to install the adwcleaner it says"This program has been blocked for your protection"
Moreover i think my pc has a terrible virus which only loads ads and no other web pages when i uncheck the use proxy in lansettings my internet is restored for an instant but it automatically checks it again….any fix!

  4. Download Malwarebytes latest version, it will take care of your system, every problems solutions, I had the same pronlem with proxy, Malwarebytes scans the whole computer, n found majorities of registry keys were wrong or hacked, everything is removed, and its working perfect now.

  5. I JUST SOLVED MINE! So I spent the whole day trying to do every tutorial to solve my proxy 127 problem. Changing the LAN and settings deleting the registry files on safe mode didn't work at all for me, because after rebooting my comp, it all turns back. Turns out, my problem was caused by some malware I got from a flash drive I opened. I used Malwarebytes software (after it being recommended on a tutorial) and IT WORKED. After I ran the scan and removed the threats, I rebooted, and voila. The 127 proxy address on my settings is finally gone. I hope anyone tries this method too if the others won't work. 🙂

  6. Thanks man it's really help in windows 10 pro..I successfully removed …After reboot, i checked proxy server … 127.0.0.1:8xx still appear on internet option. But after deleting the file of Adwcleaner from C drive and then restarting the device , it's finally removed…
