1. Hi, I just purchased the Windscribe pro version on the website on a custom plan. I am going to try the Windows software/app soon, but for the moment, I am having trouble signing into my Windscribe Opera extension (installed along with the Chrome extension) – the user ID and password don't work/are reported as invalid. I am not sure why, since I can log in to my Windscribe account fine on the website itself using the same credentials. My question is: are both the extension and the app needed for this to work, or could I solely use the software/app?

2. I really love your app. you had a special & I paid for a year. I could not figure out how to use on my android phone. Pls add video tutorial on how to use on android for non-techies like me. Thanks

6. when i try to connect while using my VPN the internet doesn't really work maybe its because the firewall on windscribe but i cant toggle off the firewall
   can anyone help me?

7. on windscribe You can now customise exactly what you want to use, eg i use netflix for uk and usa and a uk browser , thats it, cots me £3pm!

10. Windscribe is turning on and off all the time, and it says im connected but im connected to my ip still with no internet though

26. Sorry, I know this isn't supposed to be a 'support' page, but going to the support link on your sight has a plethora of topics and info, but none match my query. When I installed the program (as I was in the process of doing so), my windows firewall window popped up and asked me if I wanted to 'allow access', and, it also gave me two options to either allow Private Network access or Public network access. I am able to use your program and download….'things'…so I have no problem there. I am just wondering if I should allow just the public or private access or both? Thank you….great job!!!!!

     Help just takes me to this setup video, no help.
