  1. You're a wonderful instructor. I've checked out several videos on this subject, and you're the first person to explain the steps in such a concise manner. As opposed to assuming that everyone knows how do do these actions, you explain the process as intended.

What I mean is that you explain it under the presumption that people are searching for this information because they don't know what to do. That makes a world of difference. Thank you.

  2. hello and thank u for the tutorial
can u pls tell me how can i delete the same area in "Travelify" wp theme? i checked the footer and also the theme function but was not able to find it. thank u
"Copyright © 2015 . Theme by Colorlib Powered by WordPress" this is the footer in all pages

  3. Allan I changed the Footer Successfully problem is when I view the site it does not show on the Home Page I have to browse thru 2 or 3 other menus and then return to the Home Page to see the Changes in the Footer why is this happening ?

  4. I have a question. Removing the "Powered by" and also the link to the author of the theme… isn't this something that could cause legal problems? Also, what if I just made the text small (really small) instead of removing it… Is this still considered a legal issue? Like a violation of some sort? I saw another one of your Responsive tuts and it was awesome! Thanks for sharing with us.

  5. I have been enjoying your videos!  You do such a beautiful job of having the right pace for training.  You also provide excellent information to help.  Thank you very much keep up the good work!

  6. Thanks for your tut, very well explained. Question: How to add new featured image sizes to a child of the "Responsive" theme?

I was able to do it by modifying the parent functions.php file. This is how I did it, after add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’ ); I wrote the following:

add_image_size(‘banner-image’, 1000, 500, true); // THIS IS MY NEW SIZE

It worked, however, modifying the parent file is not the correct way of doing things, any ideas?

  7. Allan – I do have one more question, I forgot to ask you – how do you put what I have below in the middle. Right now it's in the left but through my long jargon.. I have tried many things but <p><center> but I am not sure where to put it. And trying to have the All rights Reserved just under center…Thanks

  8. Hi Allan – I like your tutorial. It is very easy and you are one of the first one I was able to follow the information. However, under my wordpress /Appearance /Editor/Footer (footer.php) there is no copy right in anywhere into the editor. That is so weird. I know it's somehwere but can't find it. The theme I have is Travelify but on my footer view blog it's show as Copyright 2014….Theme by Colorlib Powered by WordPress and then on the right side it's show as Default Footer Test and outside of the blog itself I have a little scare with an arrow pointed up. I don't know what to do or where to go to fix that.. Any idea? Help…
