7. The MB business model is shell out $$$ for a new car every time they develop new features, like car wash preparation. In the meantime Tesla has been providing AT NO COST over the air software upgrades that continue to improve cars years after they were purchased. Unless MB gets with the new reality, they will die a slow death. MD dealers and service departments in US will hate this new reality because they can charge for software updates (if they even provide them, typically they do not) while OTA avoids unnecessary trips to the dealer … I own a 2018 E400 and my wife owns a 2018 M3 – difference in owner support is night and day …
