I used to do those a lot and they didn't help a tiny bit.
What you need to do is just train. Find a routine that is hard for you, train untill failure, take enough rests between sets and workouts. For the muscle up you need a high pullup. For that you need a strong tricep. I started putting tricep extentions in my workouts. Before doing that I wasn't even close to a muscle up. After a couple of weeks I did a musc;e up.

I can perform all those exercises but can still not get over the bar. I started out only managing to pull out 10 chin ups, I got this up to 30 plus and I can also do clapping chin ups

do sets with few reps, maybe only like 2 or 3 reps. Really focus on doing them fast and explode up from the bottom position. and take long brakes between sets.
