  1. I used to do those a lot and they didn't help a tiny bit.
    What you need to do is just train. Find a routine that is hard for you, train untill failure, take enough rests between sets and workouts. For the muscle up you need a high pullup. For that you need a strong tricep. I started putting tricep extentions in my workouts. Before doing that I wasn't even close to a muscle up. After a couple of weeks I did a musc;e up.

  2. You are def. in great shape and are doing cool stuff, but I feel you are doing the muscle up with too much momentum/swing. Anyway, great stuff and I hope one day to get there.

  3. Hello, have you heard about MUSCLEADER (just search Google)? On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating how you can build up noticeable muscles really fast whilst dropping fat at the same time. Brandon and hundreds of guys with the same goal experienced positive results making use of this system. I hope it will work for you as well.

  6. I can perform all those exercises but can still not get over the bar. I started out only managing to pull out 10 chin ups, I got this up to 30 plus and I can also do clapping chin ups
