  9. So why was Italy so hard hit by coronavirus? Italy has a lot of migrant workers from China. They went back to China for the Chinese new years got infected with coronavirus and returned to Italy and
    then the virus broke out in Italy. Europe was slow to ban travel from China and other world areas that had major breakouts of coronavirus. The US was quick to ban plane travel from heavily affected areas. Just maybe Trump is right? A lot of Trump bashers say he did not do enough, then he acts decisively and they say he is overreacting? The guy can't win. President Trump is doing this on the advice of experts. He has no great knowledge or training in virus control. He is being educated on how to act by the experts that do have that knowledge. It's 30 days, not a forever ban. So far North America (Canada, USA, Mexico) have seen limited outbreaks of coronavirus. Every day additional precautions are being announced. Closing schools cancelled events, more people working from home, limiting/cancelling large events etc. It is all temporary actions that are aimed at controlling the spread of this new virus. So people need to get over any temporary inconveniences and look at the big picture of how we can do what we can to fight the transmission of coronavirus. Now go wash your hand's folks.

TRUMP banned flights from China as soon as he found out about COVIS-19 and did the right thing by trying to calm fear but the dumb EU still allowed planes to land from all over China and continues today. This is why Trump had to ban flights from some EU states. This is not a blame game but the EU does not give 2 shits. Italy closes their border and everyone applauds, Trump does it and he is a nationalist prick. Trump is trying to stop the spread of COVID-19 by not allowing people to travel to USA from countries that do nothing.

  24. How about banning flights from the USA? Not just continental Europe, but the UK should be banning flights from America. The USA is the most inefficient, incapable of all the countries, with a dumb incompetent president and with its rising tide of coronavirus victims (currently at nearly 1,400 – 10 am GMT 12th March 2020), Americans will continue to put the rest of the world in danger. But isn't that typical Trump…selfish. "America First" and damn anyone else. And here we have a man who has been claiming coronavirus was a hoax, yet petrified that journalists may try to deliberately infect him…and now he wants to protect Americans from the COVID-19 Europeans…though the truth is he just wants to protect his own sorry arse. That is the despicable creature that Donald J. Trump is and half of Americans voted for this Moron-in-Chief. Please, don't make the same mistake again, Americans, this November.

  26. Unbelievable how he blames europe for his failures and ignorance. It is his responsability to protect his conutry. As if there are no asian tourists in the USA. Wasn't it this man who said 2 weeks ago that the 15 cases that were confirmed back then will be down to zero within 2 weeks? Despite the fact that every expert stated the contrary. Here we are 2 weeks later with almost 100 times more confirmed cases.
    He should concentrate more on protecting his people instead of enriching his peers and blaming his mistakes on ither countries or former administrations.

  27. He is accusing us europeans of not doing enough…here in Italy we closed the airports at chinese flights at the end of january. So the virus entered from Germany!!! You Trump, what did you said some days ago? (let me think..):" It's like a flu". You did nothing! And now you are sending thousands of soldiers here in Europe for "Defender Europe 2020"..????
