  3. I do like the Pain Elemental attack animation where it sticks it's claw into it's mouth to throw a Lost soul at you, it's like he's saying "oh just fuck off already" and chucking it at you in a huff.

  4. I'm playing the EASIEST difficulty and the demons are aggressive as shit like I'm playing on Nightmare! Shit doesn't make any sense but also it's awesome! Helps me get better especially on the PC!!

  5. something really cool I've seen is where I fired a sticky bomb into a Pain Elemental like the Cacodemon, the MOFO just spit it out like chewed bubble gum! cought me off guard!

  6. I'm happy to support this game because I believe in games that were made by a bunch of nerds wanting to make something freaking awesome. This guy's main interest isn't milking as much money out of people as possible (EA) he just wants to make an awesome game that people have a blast playing. I recently picked up Doom 2016 for the first time and am about 75% through it. I'll get Doom Eternal as soon as I beat Doom 4.

  7. fun fact: i played the previous DOOM on my cousin rusty's xbox one. but that was before me and my mom moved to my grand parents on her side's house, my cousins lynette, kristofer, and rusty live with us, too. my cousin kristofer no longer has doom 4 or halo: the master chief collection on his older brother rusty's xbox. so i call DOOM eternal "DOOM 5". honestly. i'm also hyped to play the new DOOM on my ps4! yes, i have a ps4. i'm kind of a playstation-xbox person. before i got my ps4, i had three gaming consoles. the 3rd one's name i can't remember, the 2nd one?a nintendo 3ds. the 1st one? a xbox 360. but those consoles were replaced when i got my ps4 for christmas. my first 3 ps4 games had 2 remakes, the 2 remakes were Medievil(witch i was hyped as H*** to play), the last of us(i wasn't really hyped to play), the last of us and horizon zero dawn + god of war(not mine) came in the box. Medievil? it was sold as a individual game that my grandma got for me.

  8. Honestly Hugo is so passionate about his game, he must be a great director to work under. I'm having a blast in Eternal so far and it's easy to see why it's so good with people like Hugo working on it. The triple A landscape could be so much better if there were more passionate people like him developing said games.

  9. His description of the Maurauder is actually… innaccurate? You CANT put him off till nobody else is around. You HAVE to make him your A#1 priority and nuke him down as soon as he hits the field. He will absolutely murder you if you don't.

  11. You just stated what I DESPISE with the series now. You want us to play it the way you deem fit by making us have to fight a certain way or counter one specific method. It locks the entire game play to being a set design rather than a free range shooter. You guarantee we will have fun if we fight the way you have designed it to function and only that way making other methods either redundant, useless or a waste of time.

    Are we forgetting the really fun rocket spam in the original doom games? How the launcher could have multiple rockets flying around instead of just one? No? Okay.

  13. i thought doom hunter was the true pain in the ass, until Marauder spawn in the arena. f*cking hate that ai. all i can do is use super shotgun n blood punch(which i need to feel everytime by killing other zombie) geez.. annoying af but way satisfy when he died.

  14. There should have been a bigger emphasis on co-op and arcade experience. Levels should hsve been smaller but higher quality. The engine cant gandle too many AI at once.

    He's absolutely right. The hardest part for me is when I finally get to the archvile and try to kill him, every single demon in that area rushes to me and tries to kill me.
    I fucking love this game

The Marauder, I never had any issue with the fucker, I understood what he was there for an I succeeded to avoid any vids on doom eternal, so when I fought him the only thought I had was, guess your the asylum demon from dark souls to this game. The marauder is the best demon to test yourself an your enemy management plus it’s nice there’s plenty of health/ammo packs everywhere

  17. 1:27 you heard it here first, folks, Doom Eternal director and game design visionary Hugo Martin supports brutally killing landlords as if they were pain elementals. God, I can't wait to kill some landlords. I mean, pain elementals. In Doom Eternal.

  18. I actually barely used the rocket launcher in doom 2016 or doom eternal lmao, it just makes combat slower paced so I stay away from it (was that too stereotypical doom I can’t tell lol)
