36. I havent really played any doubles formats with ubers. Why does Wolfe opt to not mega evolve rayquaza turn 1? I dont really see the benefit of leaving it in regular form as megas stats are all better and its new ability is just a direct improvement on its base forms? I know I'm missing something, just not sure what.
