    For a details like below mentioned,
    Frenchaise group – A and B
    Resource Name – A B C D E F
    Role – Designer and Analyst
    Date – 15-Dec-2019
    Week # 50
    Technical Files – M, N, P, Q, R, S or Apple or Samsung or Google or Microsoft
    Task – select drop down menu items
    Components of Task – select drop down menu
    Task in details – Details of task more words so that easy to understand work.
    PerDay hours available – 8.50 hours (standard time)
    PerDay spent hours – 7.5hours
    (Same day different task can be performed to show for different task, so add new row with same date, but Actual task hours can be variable)

    This chart aim is to understand the Time spent of each Technical Files and % of Utilisation with Standard time.
    Individuals Time spent for each group.
    Pls let me know how to create Dashboard for it. Thanks.

31. one single suggestion: use conditional formatting for those donut charts. using conditional formatting makes the charts dynamic without the need to format 50 different charts.
