you forgot that the knife/forks/spoons are to be 1 inch from the edge of the table?? Me too, never heard of a salad fork, usually salad fork is smaller than the dinner fork, I think you need to gain more knowledge, this to me is not very "classy", Sorry, the guests should be served proper table etiquette, beginning from seating to ending, and a whole lot more during the dinner/high tea or what ever your planning to teach here.
