2. Mk7.5 nicer

3. Vieläkö vw tekee tsi ja dgs vaihteisto. Niistä olis pitänny päästä eroon. Moni merkki (vw.bmw.ford.audi.)mainostaa kun myynnissä on että ei kalliita jakopään hihnan vaihtoja. Mutta eihän se ketjukaan kestä 50 -100 tuhatta km. Onkos se ilmaista. Entäs se öljynkulutus. Jep jep. .

4. Well. VW would never win a design price but that's ok. VW always stands for understatement but this car is ugly as hell! Or "hässlich wie die Nacht" as we say in Germany. A specially the front reminds me of former Korean design accidents of the late 90's or BMW of the early 2000's.🤮

5. I'm here for Thomas, not for the Golf. They have managed to make the boring design even more boring, even uglier. Those headlights? Really?

6. I was just ready to order a new Golf R to swap my 2016 Golf R the MK7. Thanks for the video, I WONT EVER buy this one! Cheap interior design and exterior is lame also! NO THANKS!

7. I'm extremely disappointed with Volkswagen. The MK8 Golf is a major let-down in more ways than one.

16. The new dashboard is just awful. They got rid of nice analogue dials/controls and instead planted a cheap looking iPad screen right in the middle, where it is going to distract me from looking at the road ahead. I just can't see myself purchasing one of these any time soon, so I'll be keeping my MK7 for much longer. I really couldn't care less about "smart features", "ambient LED lighting", or "digital cockpit". All I want is good and reliable car that was designed for grown ups, can't be dealing with the "touch screen for everything" nonsense.

19. I do worry about the next decade with regards to the Golf, I worry because at some point all cars will be electric ⚡️ and petrol and diesel will be gone. Volkswagen have created a completely new electric hatchback called the I.D3 which is similar size to the Golf! So my question is what happens to the Golf?

24. I like how the Infotainment reads "Rechtliches" at the very bottom, not sure if it's a defect o on purpose because it's a German car.

37. Did I understand it correctly that they put higher level of pedestrian detection behind a software paywall to? I don't care so much of the struts. But just no.. Cheap bastards.
