This is why I'm against Keto diet. People forget that we try to lose weight to become healthy. Fruits and vegetables are essential for a healthy body.
But what if you have an unbalanced of the gut microbes, when pathogenes take over due to antibiotics? Should you still eat a lot of fibers and nourrish your microbiome? Or doing the opposite, and starves it, so the pathogene would get kills by starvation?
