This was legendary ❤️ Thank you Tom and John.
I was researching John Maxwell and was lead to this interview…. The internet God's are in alignment… I'm not sure the cost yet to join jmt but based on what I have learned so far it's probably worth every cent.
My favourite
I am a catholic youth leader, John Maxwell really helps my journey. I salute him, my mentor.
This was an awesome talk, like so many others that you have had and one I will play over and over again. At the time f my viewing this I cant help but wonder who the fuck are the 77 people that gave this a thumbs down?!? Then, I look at the thumbs up and say to myself, the human race is gonna be all right. Keep Doing what you do Tom, Love you brother.
Impact Theory is really changing my life one episode at a time. It makes me feel unstoppable. One of the best things I have learned to live by is to 'Act as if'. You will rise into incredible levels.
Feel better Tom 🥺‼️
Listening to this without looking at the screen and I thought I heard Spike
First of all. I appreciate Tom so much for interviewing John Maxwell even when he’s not feeling well. John Maxwell’s books are filled with so much information. Best part is they’re all applicable right away. Thanks for inspiring ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
Loved all of this. and Speaking of value, Tom's podcast/show adds more value than any other one i listen to. Most podcasts nowadays just recylce the same people- but Tom has the greatest variety and asks the greatest questions that majes this podcast so infomrative. what else I love is that the things i listen on here actually stick with me. So thank you Tom for enlightening us and being so real and innovative.
I thought this was Gary Shandling. Guess I was wrong.
💪Thank you for this 💣
He has a very calm and soothing voice but I got very little from this interview. Perhaps his books explain “adding value” .
This is gold.
It just feels like people are using the buzz words. People like to hear and etc. It sounds so fake for some reason.
Anyone else get the feeling like if we had a time machine, put @tombilyea in it, fast forward and he would pop out on the other side as Tom but with the cadence, poise and sage-ness of @johnmaxwell. It’s a thought! Loved this interview!!! #impacttheory #leadership
It’s the smallest things that tend to matter most, I don’t know if y’all saw it but Tom didn’t hug the guest as he usually does but fist bumped this time. That was care-full.❤️
They mentioned the 70, 20, 10 rule but didn’t elaborate. Does anyone know what they stand for?
This was amazing!!! He seriously simplifies what most may deem complicated. God bless Mr. Maxwell and you Mr. Bilyeu for introducing me to him 😊
EPIC OPENING! LOVE THIS MAN TOM!! I saw him speak in Vegas for WFG!! AND HE IS BETTER in person than all his audio books !! I found out he has a podcast at the event. ADDICTIVE!! Thanks so much TOm!! HOw's Lisa? Y'all are always in my heart & prayers. Thanks so much for all the love y'all have shown me. You have no idea how much it mean.
He talks a lot but says very little, if anything. Just one more con artist in a cynical, greedy industry.
Love this!! Tom, Thank you for having Sir Maxwell on your show!!! Excellent!
Interesting…an ? Ex-Pastor who does not credit God and the leading of the Holy Spirit for his "success". Giving his life to the gift he was bestowed with – leadership – rather than to He who bestowed it upon him – his Creator and Redeemer.
Great Interview
Love YOU John Maxwell!
John Maxwell is a Man not a guy.
A guy is someone that can’t be described as a Real Man.
trump is an ignorant guy.
John Maxwell is still alive! And if he has a 98 year old living father we may have him around for a long time.
Experience is NOT the Best teacher. Very true. I am Always disappointed by old people. I expect them to be wise and I’m always surprised at how ignorant they really are.
Tom got a salesman, and it's probably hard to sell Tom; at this point. Lol gotta love it.
leadership is all about influence and add value to people by modeling, intentionally, consistently.
👨🏼🏫Amazing interview, nuggets on nuggets. Thanks for this!
Wow chang life convo
I’m at work right now, I work at JnJ vision care and right when he mentioned JnJ I was like holy shit. Then he started to tell his story about when he was at JnJ and it was so in lightning… some of our leaders in this organization will never be open about their weaknesses at work. Crying shame 😢
What did you love? What did you learn? I love those two questions. Great video!
Japanese Swords are made by heating up steel, beating it with a hammer, cooling it down in the water, and repeating the process hundreds of times. The end product is a shiny, incredibly strong steel weapon that believed to repel evil. Character is formed the same way.
This is the best of Tom on the receiving side (interviewer) I’ve come across. Great leading questions, letting John (guest) fill the content. I have developed a hobby of watching this podcast & taking notes, I’m definitely taking notes of both participants 🙌
One of my all time author/mentors in life and business! Thank you Tom! You brought value to all your subscribers today!
Tom, you look & sound terrible in the interview. Hope you're ok dude. Great interview.
“Learn good values and live them out and then u become more valuable.” So simple but so profound
Why does Tom calls " dude" to highly respectful people on positions of honour older enough to be his Parents or grandparents.
Really liked Tom's vibe in this one, you can tell he knows the guy has things to say!
You look different….specifically your eyes
Tom are you having sore throat, there is a change in your voice, also make up is odd. Take care
The best leaders come from people that work for horrible bosses and learn all the things not to do!
Very great man to learn from
All I could think about was Tom…"He's not a machine! He's man!" Way to tough out that interview while obviously being under the weather. Awesome interview!
Tom, it sounds like you might be sick? First of all, I hope you feel better. You should try tea & honey.
How far can I go! Everything changed that day! ❤❤❤
The GOAT.
How far can i go
