Most podcasts nowadays just recylce the same people- but Tom has the greatest variety and asks the greatest questions that majes this podcast so infomrative. what else I love is that the things i listen on here actually stick with me.   33. I’m at work right now, I work at JnJ vision care and right when he mentioned JnJ I was like holy shit. Then he started to tell his story about when he was at JnJ and it was so in lightning… some of our leaders in this organization will never be open about their weaknesses at work. Crying shame 😢
