This is perfect. One of my goals was to gain more skills as an athlete, and one of these skills is mastering the handstand (without the wall). Great video. Also shows people that a straight handstand is tougher than walking on your hands. Jas proved it too 🤣. People think it's the other way round. I also try to add 3x hollow back hold (or rocks) for 30-40 seconds to work on the core with everything engaged and a poly pole. Thanks for sharing Craig.
