Hi, i really need answers asap for my exams, what type of lathe machine is this?
Hello Jack,
nice job all around. Simple, quick, and able to do small jobs. Thanks for sharing.
Mooi werk , meneer Houweling!
I think it would be better to have a bearing
I made a very slightly modified version of your build specifically to turn wine corks for fishing bobbers. It works fantastically! Thank you for sharing your work!
small purpose built lathes are now affordable, but this is a good idea for rounding timber for say custom dowels etc, or getting the learning of turning to perhaps buy a wood lathe.
Very good sir
Now to buy everything other tool to make this tool
Big, big Jack 👍
Such a simple and easy to follow guide, no unnecessary info or complicated bits. I'll make mine today!
Dammit! Why did you cut the very bit I needed to see? How to attach small diameter wood handle to chuck. You removed the handle from the chuck then cut to gluing on the brass ferrule! Oh well, I'll just have to trawl through countless videos of people showing what they can make but not HOW they get to make them.
How to make Mini Latte, so… where is my Coffee?
You the man!
+1👍👍👍👍👍👍👍ty
Благодарю Вас за идею и подробный техпроцесс по изготовлению ! С некоторыми доработками и изменениями я сделал такой-же , и очень доволен !
good
i love the simplicity of your design. 🙂

You must know that I am a passionate about woodworking but I am a beginner and I really want to learn! would be curious to know the precise measurements of the various pieces for the construction of this homemade lathe.. would be possible to have them? I can not wait to build it <3
nice job…
off subject, but what kind of watch is that ,model #?
