You can probably do a bit more, the chip you're using- the core i9 9980xe is only clocked at 3GHz, if it turbos, or is overclocked to something like 4.5GHz, it can definitely handle a bit more, or atleast make somethings much smoother. I've seen your setup, you definitely have enough cooling, get it done!!!

36. What aspect ration is your monitor..? It's literally 94 columns of pixels away from 16:9 4K. Assuming you're GPU bound, it'd be cool to see what your computer can do at 1080

37. Minecraft being mostly single threaded, it would actually run better on an overclocked 9900k at 5.0+ghz. Or the new 10900K running at 5.2-5.3ghz. Higher frequency would help. The 9980xe is relatively low frequency.
