14. This is such a joke. OnStar uses the cell network with any communications. If you use your smartphone, it sends the signal over your cell service to the OnStar servers, and the OnStar servers forwards it through the AT&T network to the OnStar equipped vehicle. (AT&T is the OnStar service carrier).

    So, unless you're able to see cellular data communication, this won't work.
