1. Thanks for sharing. Its absolutely helpful! I have one issue though, when I re-start my PC and run again the RS Logix 500, a windows installer pops out that shows "Preparing to install.." but it stays like that and the application did not start. Im using Windows 10 Home. Hope you can share idea how to fix this. Thanks again.

32. install requres that factory talk diagnostics 2.30(CPR 9 SR 3) (or compatible version) be installed frist please intall it form the cd sir this error is comming while installing the RSlink
