"The most expensive part of house building is the building of the house"
$25,000 a Year is MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE MORTGAGES. Taxes? Water and Sewage, It's this a BIT MUCH!! PLUS You have to Pay Out of POCKET to BUILD and DEVELOP!! FREE?? WHAT the HEAD ACHES!!
Therein lies the problem in today's society (2011/2019): It's either a 165 sq ft Tiny House… or 2500 sq ft McMansion. Where's the middle ground? Oh, right, the middle ground is some 1,000 sq ft 3bedroom/1 bath 1940s build with a 2 foot pantry masquerading as the master bedroom closet … or builders charging an arm and a leg (and your first born) to build "on-the-cheap" for 17 million dollars. Maybe it's time to build and charge something within reason, if only our elected officials (that WE ELECTED) would allow something other than the gentrification of our towns that lines their pockets (and that's our fault).

How nice this would be if only it would work in the Northwestern part of the Texas Hill Country. Oh well.
“The most expensive part of house building is building the house”
Riveting observation!
Where's my land lmao
Land for sale in near Bangalore india https://youtu.be/9NkNovdLjkM
No web sight Kansasfreeland.com
I got a bridge to sell you
i've offered deeded ownership of acreage on the only island called hawai'i for committed farmsteaders; still looking…
too many people obsessed with "free" defined as "no strings attached whatsoever"; people willing to work are too few. most people willing to work already have land. welfare rats are going to be rounded up soon and put to forced labor… read the article 13 of the constitution (13th amendment).
point out land available to people without sufficient cash or credit and right away the comments come about "hey man… nothing's free, man…you still have to pay taxes, man…"
oy. stupid socialists.
Send me some information please
I looked into New Richland. You have to pay $25000, which can be reduced to $14000, to connect the house to water, sewer and electricity, but it's a one-time thing. Nobody could pay that much for utilities every year.
Access to use land that no one is using is a moral right even if it wasn't a law.
I got a free puppy once🤔😂
The most expensive part of building a house is building the house 🤔🤪
Yeah and that free land might be in the remote areas with no civilization, and yea guess what? After a few years when population starts to huild up there it wont be free anymore ! Nothing is! Really. They changed that law i think back in the 60s or50s
You talking about the land whiitiie stole and still does not own but he sells us our own shite back
nothing is free unless you bust your ass and work for it
Yeah there is actually places of free land in the United States it's completely undeveloped they want you to pay to bring an electric and this is part of the stipulation you have to build the infrastructure and a home there once you do then you can keep it problem is it's going to cost you thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and then after you're all done you're going to have to pay higher taxes on it because now there's a structure on the property you can't just take the property throw up a solar panel and live in a shed or trailer they have stipulations to their rules…. So it's cheaper to buy a piece of property it already has utilities on it or is closer to utilities the build on or to even buy something that's already been built on…… Nothing is free…… A lot of places of free land still left in this country are in the desert on some god-awful rocky piece of land 20 miles from the nearest utility or civilization that's completely unfeasible to develop….
Great info!!
I can find only the Marquette Kansas website that offers free lots, but you have to build on it, so who cares??? No mobiles
Can a foreigner buy land in usa… I mean for farming purpose
Hey Jon I would like to consult with you about things wanted to know if it’s possible
Only a dummy will believe this laughing
Nsuch thing as FREE in the USA. What are chances of a Negro taking advantage of this??
Does heir property even matter?
Is this one of those things that requires a title search first?
In China, they gave free house and free land to people to farm, with electrical/water bills really very low, so people are self sufficient and self substained. But these days with capitalism influences, government are thinking of changing the system, no more giving out free land. And also with more and more foreign invested Corporations, means all the bills plus food and other expenses are getting higher. So a lot of farmers are renting out their farming land and go overseas like Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Japan etc to work to get higher income.
please send me info
they're technically is a way to get free land and not pay property taxes if you do your research and find an abandoned property of someone where the owner has been deceased if the land is still there and they haven't collected it for a lack of property taxes then yeah you can claim that land and don't report that you know who own this land illegally to the government then they'll never ask you for the taxes on it. almost everywhere has rules about if you live somewhere for a certain amount of time and receive mail there then you live there and have to be evicted and if there's no one to evict you free land no taxes. and yes if you want the luxury of utilities then that will cost you money or you can provide your own water and electricity and that's not cost you would have to pay like humans did live without running water or electrical outlets at some point in history, just saying then it would be free.
I could of bought a place for cash in belzoni Mississippi for around 30,000 dollars. This was in 2016. The property was in immaculate shape from a wealthy man who passed away and left the property to his son his son was from California and wanted to get rid of the property at first he had a high price on it so high it would not sell he finally went down and looked at the property the location he seen was not very good due to the job situation so he ended up lowering the property all the way down 30k. I know I was told by the real estate company that I could get the property even cheaper if I offered a cash deal. The house was about six thousand square feet there was also a southern belle house very beautiful Victorian style house in very big. I believe it was between five and six bedrooms.the owner who redone the house at the time that I owned it before he passed away was a retired electrician so the house was done very good as far as electricity was concerned. I decided if I was going to buy this house that I could rent it but renters tear up property all the time. So that was out of the question I also thought this would make a great summer vacation place but really there was nothing in the area that interesting. If I was going to drive a a few hours out of the way then it would have made a perfect place for vacation. I finally decided not to get the place because I would not be there to watch it and I had no one in the area who would have taken care of it for me. Button mini remote or southern places in very low income areas always have properties you can buy. sometimes you can buy them rent with option to buy from the owner their self. Rent-to-own usually always falls in the owners favor. So make sure when the paperwork is done … That you are fully aware of everything.
Look I know for a fact nothing is free except the air we breath. But in Missouri you can go in July to the court house buy cheaper land . July is when you want to look for places but August is when you will place a silent bid by check or money order. Remember if you win the bid you will be required to pay closing cost and keep up the land lot if in city limits. Another way is to look for land with massive back taxes and file a quick claim deed. Another way is to find a place where someone has let taxes go for 2 years or longer. Then you can pay the taxes on the place. But if they come back and pay the taxes they will have to pay you for the taxes you spent and any improvement on land . Just do your research on the by law's in the local area's. But the best way is to find people who had the ran down property handed to them by a family member. If the owner is a drug junkie then he will sell it to you for a quick fix. But make sure you have everything in writing and close for an agreement price. Make everything legal paperwork through an attorney.
