26. He understood it completely wrong. There is no Security for conserving the art (temperature, humidity, sand,…). That was the missing security.
    And the question to whom you should give it Back isn't answered here.
    Yes, Europe should give the art back, but as one of the men said, it will take time, to do it right.
    For expample Europe could install some modern art preserving systems in african museums.
    There are countries saying, that they don't want their Art Back, cause they couldn't afford taking care of it. It's not just Europe. Keep that in mind.
