  12. Slowing down the tempo ruins such a great song, even if it is being played well on fancy instruments & in a fancy room. IOW, this sucks 🙁 and this is one of my favorite songs by them. Boo Hiss!

  13. DD's New Religion is best played at a slightly faster tempo, like they did on the Arena album. This version here is played at the tempo of the studio version & not as good, in my opinion. Andy is also missed on this particular song.

  14. On the the actual Rio album, Simon sang both parts, overdubbed by their brilliant producer Colin Thurston. On tour, in the beginning, before backup singers, it was usually Andy, with John helping. On their landmark '84 tour, their backup singers, BJ and Charmaine, sang the bulk of it, with Andy joining in. Sorry – I love them!

  18. I also like the fact theyve kept the same arrangement from the late 80's concert, one of my favourites of this sound as it brought something new to an already superb track
