  7. It always bothers me so much when I see rings and/or wrist watches being used while cooking. Yes, I'm obsessive about hygiene and especially when it comes to food management.

  12. I think this is such an undeserving job for the money. You get praises, the critics, and the happy customers but during those days you wake up at a break of dawn, prep in the morning and serve in the evening. Every single day.

    I mean you probably be a millionaire chef once you have a couple of michelin restaurants to take care of you. But damn… this is harsh life.
