1. Very true – authenticity is one of the keys. Another I would say is passion.

   You need to be passionate about what you are doing. If you love writing and story telling (like me) then you'll be able to project yourself more authentically in your videos.

12. Authenticity is definitely key. And I love the 'it doesn't have to be glossy' point. I alwasy try to make my videos good quality but i'm not a film maker so theres always room for improvement, but as Zoe said, people know what to expect when they subscribe!
