i just saw this video .. and after that i set my alarm '' wrong ofc ..'' and i start to meditate.. for the first time i can't say that i feel something diferent .. but its working some how .. i focus on breathing.. and i felt verry good. thanks sir

I meditate laying down on my back. I have never been able to fall asleep in that position, so falling asleep is not an issue. Also, if you suffer from insomnia, learn to meditate and meditate while laying in bed rather than worrying about not getting enough sleep. At least then you are doing something productive and helpful.

I prefer the silent meditation but living in a downtown condo makes it tough due to the traffic, construction noise

How do you keep your mind clear? My mind wanders sometimes things I don't like creep into my head and I hate that. I need to learn to control my thinking. But how?

I think medidation is the most important habit ever.
Of course, there are many different types of meditation as there are many different types of mind and preference etc….I guide meditations without music however as I feel it helps attain deeper levels of peace and concentration… Great video content, as always….warm wishes from Rab 🙏😊
