i work in UK and i worked in a few factories in my time. it's a strange feeling to be the only British person on the factory floor when everyone else is eastern European. It actually did me good, made me realise i need to build my own business. Getting beat up by the sun bed using manager while the eastern Europeans surround me and all live 20 in the same house. Right where the rubber meets the road baby. The company lost out when the lost me. I was an undervalued asset.
