  17. Whatever the dispute, I beleive North Cyprus needs to reduce their dependancy on Turkey. They don't have their own visa system. They use the network domain of turkey but officialy its not inside turkey. I got to the turkish embassy of my country to get a visa of North Cyprus, they refused to issue me a visa.
