In my country, since we get to the 7th grade to 12th grade, we have to be in the classes to study math and English at least 100 mins a day from Monday to Friday…is this formula much different from what he said? Why not all the kids become experts in math and English. Is that because math and English are not what they choose but the education system does? How to choose this “chosen field” to start this practice?

14. We should not believe in ourselves. We should use critical thinking and form our self esteem not on faith or other woo woo claims, but on evidence. Our true self esteem is what others tell about us. If they tell us we're bad, we should get over it, even if it impacts our mental health negatively.

19. October 2019. Just 1 hour a day, it touched me.

20. October 10, 2019 it has been almost 6 years since this video was posted on YouTube. This video has turned into a 1.7 million views video and it is YOU Jim Cathcart that has given us a gift that keeps on giving. I feel like I am on a similar journey with a passion for the same Personal Development field. Every day I spend precious hours on study and contemplation and I will be an expert in this field within two years. I ask myself the Daily Question and You are my Earl Nightingale. That little nudge out the door. That Little Aha moment that really resonated with me. I inspire through my actions to be someone that can make this kind of difference for someone else too.

24. It seems that speaker’s comments posted are a kind of “Google Analytics” of the progress in the views of his video. A true altruist won’t care of views doubling in one week and so on.
